Di forensic expert tok say im get doctorate degree in Bio-Chemistry and im don dey practise for 15 years “I don dey practice in di area forensics for 15 years and I don conduct up to 500 forensics tests,” e tok.

While di witness dey give im testimony bifor di court, e tok say im office collect 21 different items on different days from dia DNA centre staff members.

Im tok say dem collect di items for evidence and di items dem collect include di stained red dress, army green Tshirt, DNA sample from Chidinma.

E tok say dem also collect oda items like urine, blood, gastric content and bile wey dem retain for toxicology report.

“For June, I receive two different items of evidence from Rasak Oseni. Army green coloured T-shirt and DNA reference sample from Chidinma Ojukwu,” e tok.

“On July 14, 2021, we receive five items of evidence, we retain dis items in autopsy. Na Urine, blood, gastric content, and bile. Di Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Bamidele Olusegun, receive and retain am for toxicology.”

Di witness confam say im receive di report from di NMS laboratory and dem send di report to di Assistant Inspector General, di Attorney General of Lagos state and di Commissioner of Police Lagos State.

Chidinma lawyer, Oga Onwuka Egwu ask di forensic expert if na so e dey give report of ova counsel 500 reports wey e don conduct.

“In my position as center director, I make sure say report represent di samples of toxicology analysis.”
