Isma’il papa, Muhammad Husaini, tok say e no dey house wen di incident happun but dem call am tell am, wey make am rush comeback.
Husaini tok say, “Wen e happun, di children dey for front of dia shop wey no even near di road wen soldiers come patrol di neighbourhood behind Samaru market. Di children run inside afta dem see di soldiers.
“One of di soldiers point im gun at dem and tok say e go shoot. Di children run inside and lock di door.”
E say even though dem enta house lock di door, di soldier shoot di door twice, and “na im kill Isma’il”.
Husaini add say, “Di bullet hit am for im neck and back, and wen di soldier hear am scream, e waka comot.”
Di papa tok say e want make dem do justice for im son wey di soldier bin kill.
One eyewitness, Nazifi Muhammad, wey be Isma’il broda, tok say dem dey togeda wen di incident happun.
“We enta house and lock di gate, but di soldier follow us reach our house and shoot twice. One bullet hit am for back, and di oda one hit am for neck.”
“We carry am go outside to show di soldiers wetin happun. At first, dem deny am, but later dem accept say na one of dem do am,” Nazifi talk.
