Denrele narrate how im battle wit stroke wey affect almost half of im face and how im take survive di problem.
Dis health wahala wey affect Denrele na wetin dem dey call ‘bell palsy’ and e dey cause temporary weakness for one side of di face. E dey cause di face to paralyse and na infection dey trigger am.
According to Denrele, na im hairstyle dey always cover di part wey dey affected wit di facial stroke.
“I bin just come out from getting stroke on half of my face. If I drink water, e go come from di other side. Na my hairstyle dey cover dat side so you no fit know.”
For im interview wit Channels TV, Denrele add say im suffer anoda attack wey affect im right leg wey no fit move. Ontop dat challenge, im still lose part of im hair join and di ear no hear properly.
Di crossdresser describe am as challenging phase of im life but im no let am affect im business.
“Anoda attack bin come again, I no fit work and e affect my right leg and I bin lose half of my hair especially my front hair. I no fit hear myself, I get wound for my tongue – na one phase for my life.”
As Denrele dey battle dis part of im life, one friend bin call am to appear for im movie and im no reject am. Im add say pipo no even know say im dey sick for di movie.
“I no like sympathy, so I no fit dey tell evri one say I dey sick. Even wen one of my friends bin call me to come show for her movie, I still go, but pipo no too know say I sick dat time.”
