Kanu say dem dey treat am for heart failure but na ‘nonsense medication’ dem dey give am.

Kanu tok say DSS no allow am get access to a doctor of im choice.

“I dey die for DSS custody and dem dey give me nonsense medication and parching me up.”

“Dem dey treat me for heart failure, but dem dey give me shitty medication. Dem want make I die for custody,” Nnamdi Kanu tok.

Di Ipob leader say make di court transfer am go Kuje prison but Justice Nyako reply say she get di right to keep Kanu for anywia wey she feel say im go dey safe.

Justice Nyako say make kanu remain for DSS custody.

Court deny Nnamdi Kanu bail application

Di Federal High Court led by Justice Binta Nyako deny di bail application of Nnamdi Kanu wen im appear for court on Tuesday.

Kanu lawyer reject di bail denial by di court and di detention of di Ipob leader for di DSS hand. Im say di DSS no allow di lawyer get access to Kanu without di officers monitoring dia discussions.

Kanu bin don dey di custody of di Department of State Services (DSS) since June 2021 wen dem arrest am for Kenya and carry am come back Nigeria.

Kanu dey face treason and terrorism charges, sake of im activities for di Eastern part of di country to become an independent nation wey im name go be Biafra.

For di last court hearing, Kanu lawyer, Aloy Ejimakor, bin apply for bail, arguing say Kanu bin dey enjoy di bail wey court grant am for 2017 before Nigerian soldiers invade im house, wey make am run comot for di kontri.

But di lawyer for di federal goment oppose di bail application as e tell di court say Kanu bin don jump bail, and nothing stop am from doing it again.

Justice Nyako fix March 19, wey be Tuesday, for di hearing of bail application, and March 20 for continuation of trial.

Nyako also order DSS make dem allow Kanu to change im cloth, becos na only one type of cloth e dey wear come court since 2021 wen di mata restart.
