- Name: To change your name, you go need upload either a newspaper publication, court affidavit or marriage certificate or oda goment ID.
- Date of Birth: To correct your date of birth, you go need Digitised National Population Commission (NPC) Attestation Certificate for those dem born bifor1992 and Digitised NPC Birth Certificate for those dem born afta 1992.
- Address: Documents wey you go need na di Utility bill, Tenancy agreement and Community leader attestation letter.
- Phone Number: You go need police report.
