To debunk di allegations, di Human Rights lawyer tok say, “Bobrisky no ever follow me tok, we no ever meet, I no sabi am from Adam.”
“We don ask for a retraction plus make e tender apology to us and dat no dey too much. And if we no get retraction and apology wey dey acceptable to us, we certainly go initiate civil proceedings for di high court,” e tok.

On Wednesday, 25 September, social media influencer Martins Otse popularly known as Very Dark Man or VDM bin release one audio recording of pesin wey e allege say na Bobrisky on social media, wey bin dey say im pay bribe of 15 million naira ($9000) for di authorities of Nigeria corruption joinbodi, di Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFFC to drop charges against am.
Di pesin also say e stay for private apartment instead of prison. E bin dey refer to di mata of how dem sentence Bobrisky to six months imprisonment for crimes of naira abuse.
Di voice also allege say Folarin Falana aka Falz bin contact di crossdresser say im papa, Femi Falana (SAN), fit help am apply for presidential pardon and e go cost N10 million.
For di video, Very Dark Man say im go dey disappointed if truly Falz and im papa dey involved for di issue.
Bobrisky don deny di audio recording say no be im voice and say im serve im full term for jail.

E say im no ever follow Bobrisky tok, however, Bobrisky call im son and beg for assistance. E say dis no be di first time, im children go refer to am cases of pipo wey no fit afford to pay for dia services, and im and im wife bin recently tell dem say, dem go begin dey charge.
