For di breakdown of how di candidates take perform dis year, di Neco registrar say 1,376,436 candidates bin sit for di examination.

Out of dat number, 828,284 candidates get credit for English Language and Mathematics. Dis represent 60.55% of di candidates wey sit for di 2024 Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) internal examination, Prof Wushishi tok.
