Magistrate court for Lagos, Nigeria don grant End Sars protester, Eromosele Adene, bail.

Di court deny di police application to remand Adene but instead grant am bail to di tune of N1m and two sureties wey must be owners of companies.

Adene dey face accuse sake of im involvement for di End Sars protest.

Nigeria police bin arrest Eromz on top accuse of criminal incitement, cyber stalking, breach of public peace.

Di police bin bring exparte application to ask di court to give dem power to lock Eromosele for cell for 30 days.

On Tuesday 16 November, 2020, Eromosele appear before di magistrate court for Yaba, Lagos south west Nigeria.

Counsel to di police bin dey request say make court grant dem permission to keep Eromz for custody to allow dem complete dia investigation as dem accuse am of cyber stalking, criminal incitement.

But lead counsel to di defendant Adesina Ogunlana say di application no get any merit.

Di counsel say if di application bin come 10 days ago, e for bin dey in order but, dis application na afta taught as dem bin don carry am go Abuja and bring am back to Lagos within di last 10 days.

He argue say dis no be murder case and e no get need to detain am any longer.

Lead counsel to di Police say no be say dem deliberately wan infringe on di right of Eromz but dem dey do am because of di security of citizens.

Eromz lead counsel also say police no bring any evidence of di tins dem claim say dem see on am like fingerprint.

He plead say make court grant im client bail based on health ground.

Lead counsel claim say Eromz get liver problem but police bin dey treat am for malaria and typhoid.
