DELTA STATE

29,525 SS3 students for Delta State dey resume school dis morning to begin prepare for dia WAEC exam wey go begin later dis month.

Delta State Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, Chief Patrick Ukah say di State don provide di necessary materials to comply wit protocols to prevent COVID-19 come add say each class go get 20 students each and dem go ensure physical distance, do temperature checks and odas.

Di State bin don fumigate schools across di State and distribute water storage tanks for schools wey no get borehole or any water supply to make sure sanitation dey for teachers and students to wash dia hands.

CROSS RIVER STATE

Schools for Bayelsa go resume on Wednesday 5 August 2020 as dem dey take steps to provide safe environment for SS3 students to resume and prepare for di external exams.

Meanwhile dem dey hold special training on Tuesday morning for stakeholders to prepare schools wit Covid-19 safety protocols according to NCDC guidelines for safe reopening of schools

Di Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Information, Freston Akpor say dem bin don fumigate schools across di State and provide hand washing facilities plus deploy health professionals to all di schools.
